• Identity verification information when completing accredited investor verification through Veracore
• Communications you send us via email or through our website contact form
• Transaction data if you acquire node licenses or securities through Block Reign

We also collect certain technical information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is collected via server logs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Plausible) and is used in aggregate form only.

Investor and securities transaction records are retained in accordance with applicable SEC and CFTC record-keeping requirements, which may require retention for up to seven years or longer.

EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses minimal tracking. We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization enabled) and Plausible Analytics (a privacy-first, cookieless analytics provider) to understand aggregate website usage. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.

Security

Block Reign implements industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use secure channels when transmitting sensitive information.

Block Reign is based in the United States.
