Veracore Compliance Group
The regulatory framework
is the product.
Most blockchain platforms treat compliance as a legal department problem. Block Reign treats it as an engineering constraint. Every protocol decision — consensus, data architecture, token issuance — is shaped by the regulatory environments it operates within.
Compliance isn't a feature you add to a blockchain. It's the architecture you design around from day one. If you're retrofitting compliance, you've already accepted the regulatory risk.
About
Veracore Compliance Group
Veracore Compliance Group is Block Reign's regulatory compliance subsidiary — the operational arm that executes the compliance reviews, maintains the regulatory mappings, and advises integrating businesses on how their products interact with applicable law.
Veracore's team brings combined decades of experience inside SEC, CFTC, GDPR, and financial services regulatory frameworks. Where most blockchain compliance teams are formed after a product is built, Veracore's practitioners shaped Block Reign's architecture from inception.

How Block Reign addresses each regulatory framework
Securities & Exchange Commission
Block Reign's token issuance architecture is structured to navigate the Howey Test and Regulation D exemptions. Every asset that enters the Gnodi Protocol is reviewed against securities classification criteria before on-chain settlement. Our compliance engine flags potential securities characteristics — profit expectation, passive investment, promoter efforts — at the point of integration, not after the fact. No asset goes live without a written framework determination.
Coverage points
- Howey Test pre-screening on every integration
- Regulation D / Reg A+ exemption mapping
- Broker-dealer coordination for tokenized securities
- SAR and CTR reporting infrastructure
Commodity Futures Trading Commission
Cryptocurrency derivatives and commodity-linked tokens fall under CFTC jurisdiction. Block Reign's protocol identifies commodity-linked digital assets at the intake stage and routes them through separate compliance workflows that satisfy CFTC Part 45 swap data reporting and Part 17 large trader reporting requirements. Our architecture treats commodity classification as a first-class concern, not an edge case.
Coverage points
- Part 45 swap data reporting infrastructure
- Commodity token classification engine
- Position limit monitoring for large traders
- Designated Contract Market compatibility review
Federal Trade Commission
Consumer protection is a structural requirement for any blockchain network that interfaces with retail participants. Block Reign's integration review includes FTC endorsement guideline compliance for reward programs, truthful advertising standards for yield representations, and unfair or deceptive acts and practices (UDAP) screening for consumer-facing product claims. Gnodi token reward disclosures are structured to satisfy 16 CFR Part 255 endorsement guidelines.
Coverage points
- UDAP screening for consumer-facing claims
- Reward program disclosure templates
- Endorsement guideline compliance for validators
- Material connection disclosure for affiliate structures
Food & Drug Administration
Healthcare and pharmaceutical integrations require an additional compliance layer. Block Reign's Veracore Compliance Group maintains FDA 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records framework compatibility, enabling healthcare clients to use on-chain records as tamper-evident audit trails for regulatory submissions. Our protocol supports compliant tokenization of healthcare data provenance without creating HIPAA exposure.
Coverage points
- 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records compatibility
- Healthcare data provenance tokenization
- Audit trail immutability for regulatory submissions
- HIPAA boundary definition for on-chain records
General Data Protection Regulation
Immutable ledgers and the right to erasure appear to conflict — but only if on-chain data is designed without privacy from the start. Block Reign's architecture stores only hashes and cryptographic proofs on-chain; underlying personal data lives off-chain under configurable data controller arrangements. This allows EU and UK GDPR Article 17 erasure requests to be honored by deleting the off-chain record while preserving the on-chain audit proof. Data minimization is a design principle, not a retrofit.
Coverage points
- On-chain/off-chain data architecture for GDPR Article 17
- Data minimization by design — no PII on-chain
- Data Processing Agreements for integrating businesses
- Cross-border transfer compliance (SCCs, adequacy decisions)
