Our Commitment

Block Reign Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website.

Our target conformance standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This means we aim to meet the success criteria defined at AA level, making content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for the broadest possible range of users.

Conformance Status

The Block Reign website at blockreign.tech is conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.

Conformance was last verified on May 24, 2026 using automated axe-core testing (WCAG 2.1 AA ruleset) across all 17 public routes. Zero critical or serious violations were identified.

Conformance criteria met across all pages:

• Color contrast ratios for all text and interactive elements (≥ 4.5:1 for normal text, ≥ 3:1 for large text)
• Keyboard navigation throughout the site with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Skip-to-main-content link present on all pages
• Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions
• Alt text on all informational images; decorative UI mockups marked aria-hidden
• ARIA labels on form inputs, icons, and landmark regions
• Responsive layout that works at 320px viewport width and 200% zoom
• Animated WebGL background respects prefers-reduced-motion system setting

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the site may not fully meet accessibility standards:

• SVG diagrams — The ecosystem architecture diagram on the /ecosystem page uses SVG with ARIA labels but may not fully communicate all relationships to screen reader users. We are working on a text-equivalent table representation.
• GLSL shader background — The animated network shader background may cause issues for users with photosensitive conditions. The animation is subtle and designed below the threshold for photosensitive triggers, but users who experience issues should contact us. Users who enable prefers-reduced-motion in their operating system settings will see a static version.
• Third-party content — Embedded third-party content (including Sanity CMS hosted documents) may not meet our accessibility standards. We work with our vendors to improve this.
