Built in Orem, Utah. Designed for every regulated market.
Block Reign was incorporated in 2025, emerging from years of firsthand experience with the friction between enterprise compliance requirements and the capabilities of existing blockchain infrastructure.
The founders recognized that institutions were not avoiding blockchain because they lacked technical understanding — they were avoiding it because the infrastructure did not meet their regulatory obligations. The solution was not to educate institutions about crypto. The solution was to build blockchain that already spoke compliance.
The Gnodi Protocol was designed from genesis block with Veracore compliance hooks integrated at the consensus layer — not bolted on afterward. The result is a Layer 1 that regulators can audit, institutions can use, and enterprises can build on without legal exposure.
